The Jeavons Family moved from the Midlands to start Beverley Park. The Park's founder Stanley Jeavons can be seen on the right, his wife on the far left. The three current directors Alan, Peter and Michael are all wearing orange t-shirts, and 'Rover' the family Golden Retreiver can be seen left of centre! |

Pink and blue caravans on the area of the park behind the laundrette. You can see the fantastic views over torbay that first attracted customers over 40 years ago and still do to this day. |

The outdoor pool in 1963/4 looking toawards the Beverley Park Shop. Still in the same location today but with extensive refurbishment it is barely recognisable. Rover the retriever was the first one in! |

The original 'Lounge Bar' shortly after completion. The 'Upper Deck' as it's now known has had several refurbishments over the years, but is still easily recognisable. |

The Starlight Bar in it's original form. The dance floor is still the original one from the late 60's. Part of the dance floor is covered during the summer season to allow for more seating, but is still uncovered in the quieter months for dance holidays and exhibition dances. This Winter we have exhibitions by Strictly Come Dancing Stars Camilla Dallerup with Ian Waite, Darren Bennet with Lilia Kopylova and Anton Du Beke and Erin Boag! |

The main entrance to beverley Park shortly after the new Goodrington Road was built. Prior to the new road, access to the site was from the back gate near the current childrens playground. |

View of the clubroom and lounge bar complex after phase one of the build. If you look very closely you can tell that a large section of the front of the building is actually an artist impression. This image was produced for the brochure for the following year to give an impression of the finished complex. In fact the 'Beverley Park' lettering above the entrance to the terrace has never existed other than on the original designs. |

The view from field 2, where the all service pitches now exist. The views were breathtaking and it makes us realise just how much the trees have grown! We are now intending to cut back many of the trees over the next few years to reveil more of that fantastic view! |
